Rapidly growing Law Firm is looking for an engaged, enthusiastic and highly responsible Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The position will assist with all day-to-day functions relating to the marketing department and events. Our ideal candidate has a solid understanding of marketing techniques, excellent communication and time management skills and a passion for executing great marketing strategies. Below is an outline of some responsibilities for this position.

• Own event process from research and planning to onsite execution and reporting.
• Gather leads and reviews while on-site at events.
• Manage marketing giveaway inventory and order supplies when needed.
• Manage and maintain the firm’s Constant Contact and send out firm newsletters.
• Conduct quality assurance of all marketing assets.
• Ensure Firm Website is up to date with Staff and Leadership personnel.
• Coordinate in-office and out-of-office networking/marketing lunches for staff and potential referral sources.
• Assist with and support firm’s involvement in legal networks
• Oversee and coordinate the filming of marketing content with videographer and staff.
• Assist with other marketing tasks as needed. 

• Positive, enthusiastic and flexible attitude
• Ability to travel to various events in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Experience with Constant Contact
• Demonstrated time management and problem-solving skills
• 2 years of previous marketing experience
• English/Spanish Bi-Lingual a plus
